Stupid Christians Mission

I don't want this blog to just be the ravings of a a lunatic. I dont want it to be the crazy on-going, rabbit-trail-chasing,and uneducated rambling of a total moron. Maybe that is what I am and that might be what some of these posts turn out to be. I remain optomistic. First I'll have to tell you that these thoughts are going to be straight from the heart. If I think a word it is going down on the page just the way I thought it. Hopefully I'll get a good rise out of some people and force them to start thinking about what they, as christians, are doing that is in this blog.

I AM GOING TO SWEAR!!! Thats right, you heard me. I am a christian who is totally cool with saying the word, "Fuck" Its part of our language today and I am not going to write under any pretense that my common tounge doesn't involve getting totally pissed off and straight up flipping a bitch at some one. There is a time and place for anger (Read "Good and Angry") and this blog is gonna be my outlet.

A little back story on me: I grew up in a southern baptist church in Colorado. Can't get much more back-country-hick-town, than where I came from. The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of home is a Billy Currington song entitled "That's How Country Boys Roll" which says, "We love mamma and Jesus and Jones." That's exactly what it was like, and I loved it, but, much like many churches around the world, there was a hidden philosophy in the system which said, "Works won't get you to heaven, but if you don't do them you are going to hell." The contradiction drove me completely insane and it wasn't untill I moved out of the house and started going to bible college that I realized why. (More on this in future posts)
I am currently attending college to get a bachlor's degree in theology, or biblical studies. Doesn't really matter what you call it but there's alot of late nights studying the bible and pouring over greek lexicons to figure out what it actually means. I wont tell you what school I'm currently attending in order to sheild people from reaping the reprocutions of what I'm going to say.

Basically my mission is to show aitheists and other secular groups that not all Christians are the douche-bags that the loud ones make us out to be. By the definition of christianity we are all 100% hypocrites (Explination in future posts.) I'm also here to talk to those people who have left the church or simply just been pissed off at christians. (God knows i have been) I simply have to put it out there that there is currently an underground of genuine people who study the bible and know what it really says. But there arent a whole hell of alot of us out here. So basically I'm here to tell you about all the christians who have been totally mindfucked into beleieving some of the shit that they do today.
